A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order is confirmed delivered.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Florra does not offer additional product-specific return exceptions. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the applicable return instructions.

Return Shipping

Florra pays the return shipping cost for eligible returns handled under this policy.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives and is inspected, an approved refund is processed within 10 calendar days. The time for funds to appear may also depend on the payment provider.
